Pre-Press Technician

We are a full-service commercial printing company in need of another electronic prepress technician. If you are a hard-working person who can handle working independently and with others, and who is a self-starter with the desire to expand your knowledge, then we’d like to talk with you. Previous print experience is desirable but not absolutely necessary for those willing to learn.

The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products. He or she will possess excellent communications and customer service skills. Knowledge of other desktop production applications like QuarkXpress, Freehand, Corel Draw, and Microsoft Publisher a plus. Familiarity with PrintSmith also desired but not essential. Duties will include, but are not limited to, preparing files for print, imposition, preflighting files, layout of new jobs (stationery, flyers, brochures and more) and maintenance of graphic imaging equipment.
