Caller ID Spoofing!

Thanks for contacting us and letting us know you've been the victim of
"Caller ID Spoofing". You are perhaps under the impression that we made a
telemarketing call to you. Rest assured...it wasn't us. We are a commercial
printer in Eugene, Oregon and our business is open 8am-5pm, Monday through
Friday. We do not engage in telemarketing as you've experienced in this
instance.

We've investigated this annoying problem with our telecommunications
provider, Eschelon Telecom, and they assure us that there's nothing they or
we can do about it from our end. Chances are you won't continue to get the
solicitation calls, but if you do, and you'd like to do something about them we recommend:

1. Filing a formal complain with your state's Public Utility Commission

2. Writing your congresspeople urging their support of what is now H.R. 521.

3. File a police report for persistent calls and

4. Initiate a trace with your telecommunications company. They will be able to track down who the
offending party is based on information you provide them.

If you'll click the link below, there is a good article on Caller ID
spoofing that was put out by USA Today and was provided to us by Eschelon.

Thanks again for contacting us for further information. I wish you good luck
in tracking down these people...it's an annoyance to all of us!
